In an effort to provide optimal service to our clients, the management team at Schumacher Group is divided into Executive Management and the Leadership Team. We have an industry-distinctive organizational structure that puts resources where our clients need them the most - Regional Operating Teams dedicated to our clients locally, with an extensive network of operational support at the corporate office.
We strive to attract and retain the highest quality physicians, which will lead to stable long term client relationships. Our people, our management philosophy, our business processes, and our commitment to our partner physicians and hospitals make the difference. Assisting our Emergency Department Medical Directors in driving quality and performance, we have Regional Medical Officers who have vast experience and talents in emergency medicine, management, and relationship building. Additionally, our operations personnel are centered on providing support structure and augmentative services to our physicians in each of the emergency departments for which we are responsible:
- Scheduling, privileging and recruiting support
- Strong medical director leadership
- Incentive programs to help build a partnership with each of our physicians
- Quality assurance and risk management programs
- Patient complaint resolution protocols
Augmentative to the Regional Teams, corporate support for physicians and hospitals includes Service Excellence programs, data reporting, continuing education programs, information technology support, and clinical operations resources.
